在使用吸附精制白、百、破混合制剂(以下简称 DPT)四年后,对部分地区人群免疫状况观察结果表明,其免疫效果基本上比较稳定,但百日咳的保护水平稍低。20～29岁育龄期妇女的破伤风抗体只有27. 6％的人达保护水平。提示进行育龄期妇女和孕妇破类免疫的必要性。
