人才培养方案设计要明确三个根本问题,即培养人才的类型;人才的知识、能力、素质构成;培养途径和方法。解答这些问题的关键是要了解社会经济发展对人才的需求情况。对于应用型本科市场营销人才培养方案的设计,我们认为要以市场需求为导向,通过市场调研把握市场对营销人才的需求特点,厘清人才培养思路,确定科学的培养目标和课程体系设计。
The design of talent training programs should make it clear that there are three fundamental issues: the type of personnel training; the knowledge, ability and quality of personnel; the ways and means of training. The key to answering these questions is to understand the demand for talent in the socio-economic development. For the design of application-based marketing personnel training programs, we think we should take the market demand as the guide, through market research to grasp the market demand for marketing professionals, clarify the train of thought of personnel training, to determine the scientific training objectives and curriculum design.
