目的探究致康胶囊联合兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡出血的疗效观察。方法选取2012年4月—2015年4月内江市第二人民医院收治的十二指肠溃疡出血患者98例,按治疗方案不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组各49例。对照组静脉滴注注射用兰索拉唑,30 mg溶于100 m L 0.9%氯化钠溶液中,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服致康胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较两组患者止血效果、腹痛消失时间及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.63%、95.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的72 h止血率分别为75.51%、91.84%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止血时间和腹痛消失时间均比对照组缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别为8.16%、6.12%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论致康胶囊联合兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡出血具有较好的临床疗效,能缩短止血时间,不良反应少,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhikang capsule combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of bleeding of duodenal ulcer. Methods From April 2012 to April 2015, 98 patients with duodenal ulcer hemorrhage admitted to No.2 People’s Hospital of Neijiang City were divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment regimen, 49 cases in each group. The control group received lansoprazole for intravenous injection, 30 mg dissolved in 100 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, once a day. The treatment group was given Zhikang capsule on the basis of the control group, 2 capsules / time, 3 times / d. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. At the same time, the hemostatic effect, the disappearance of abdominal pain and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 81.63% and 95.92%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the hemostatic rates at 72 h in the control group and the treatment group were 75.51% and 91.84%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The time of hemostasis and the disappearance of abdominal pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group were 8.16% and 6.12%, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Zhikang capsule combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of bleeding of duodenal ulcer has a good clinical curative effect, can shorten the time to stop bleeding, fewer adverse reactions, with a certain clinical application value.
