双源CT在颈部动脉造影中的应用

目的探讨双源CT血管成像在颈部动脉血管病变的应用价值及技术优势。方法136例临床怀疑有颈部血管病变的患者行双源cT颈部增强扫描,血管成像,对图像质量进行分级评价。结果136例可疑患者双源cT血管成像图像优秀122例(89.7%)、良好12例(8.8%)、差2例(1.5%)。结论双源cT行颈部动脉造影是一种创伤小、快速、有效的动脉病变的检查技术,在诊断颈部动脉狭窄及性质上有较高的应用价值。
