供应链网络模式是供应链管理及整个供应链网络的竞争能力的基础和关键所在。通过引入CALS和分析我国汽车工业供应链的现状,提出了符合我国汽车工业特点的基于CALS的供应链网络模式。
Supply chain network model is the basis of supply chain management and the competitiveness of the entire supply chain network and the key. By introducing CALS and analyzing the status quo of China’s automobile industry supply chain, this paper proposes a CALS-based supply chain network model that is in line with the characteristics of China’s automobile industry.
