我们厂是一九五八年大跃进期间新建的厂,主要生产产品是液压机,从投产以来,由生产50吨手动液压机发展到成批生产单柱液压机和大型液压机,现在又在自力更生的基础上完成了更大型的650,800吨液压机的全部设计任务并积极准备投产,将为我国大型液压机生产作出贡献。我们设备科在厂党委的领导下,认真学习大庆的先进经验,开展了专业与群众相结合的设备日常维护和一、二级保养活动,建立、健全了合理规章制度,设备完好率不断提高,为全面完成国家生产计划创造了良好条件,下面将我厂开展设备润滑工作中的几点体会作一简要汇报。
Our factory was a newly built factory during the Great Leap Forward in 1958. Its main product was a hydraulic press. Since it was put into production, it has grown from the production of a 50-ton manual hydraulic press to a batch production of a single-column hydraulic press and a large-scale hydraulic press. Now it is based on self-reliance. Completed the design tasks for the larger 650,800-ton hydraulic presses and actively prepared for production, which will contribute to the production of large-scale hydraulic presses in China. Under the leadership of the factory party committee, our Equipment Division carefully studied the advanced experience of Daqing, carried out the professional maintenance of the equipment and the general maintenance of the equipment and the primary and secondary maintenance activities. We established and improved sound rules and regulations, and the equipment integrity rate was continuously improved. In order to fully complete the national production plan to create a good condition, the following will be our factory to carry out a number of experience in equipment lubrication for a brief report.
