硬质合金钻头是地质钻探不可缺少的工具。过去,这种钻头的硬质合金刀刃一直使用氧气焊接,焊接工艺是很落后的,质量低,生产效率也不高。我厂在苏联专家巴拉巴同志的帮助下,并派員到苏联学习,成功地掌握了銅液浸焊法。現在已經正式在生产上用这种方法代替氧气焊来焊接硬質合金钻头,生产效率提高四倍以上;更主要的是:它解决了全国各钻探队,由于氧气設备和来源缺乏而无法进行焊接的生产关鍵。
