长期以来,我们的运动解剖学教学,教科书以及一些国外资料,在叙述下肢运动时,一般都只描述髋、膝、踝三个关节产生各种运动的原动肌,对于足的运动、也只谈距上(踝)关节和距下关节的运动,而且多以足跖屈为主。笔者认为,在下肢运动中,尤其是走、跑、跳运动的蹬离地面的动作中,由于各运动环节是被原动肌在运固定条件下牵拉而运动的,这样足也必须作为一个运动环节参与下肢运动。所以光谈踝关节的运动是不够的。跖趾关节的作用是不容忽视的。特别是跖趾关节的背屈及其背屈肌的作用很有必要引起足够的重视。
