浙江一直是我国重要的制造业大省,制造业在全省工业总产值和利润总额中分别占97.1%和95.3%,高居全国各省(区、市)之首,制造业年均增长速度比全国高出5.7个百分点。现在,浙江又在自己发达的制造业前冠上了一个“先进”的目标——打造先进制造业基地。一项崭新的任务由此摆在了浙江人面前:在制造企业星罗棋布的浙江大地,需要搭建怎样的平台,才能让“浙江制造”自由驰骋?环杭州湾产业带,牵引“浙江制造”的“火车头”依托大上海这一经济巨人,整个环杭州湾地区由此将成为一片被人称为“金三角”的经济热土。在打造先进制造业基地的进程中,浙江人把殷切的目光投在了这一片“金三角”上。这里是浙江的制造业高地,更是浙江接轨上海的前沿阵地。从上海驱车沿杭州湾往南,从嘉善直到宁波,车程不过4小时。从嘉善木业、海宁皮革经编、萧绍平原的化纤纺织,到慈溪家电、嵊州领带、余姚塑料和宁波服装,环杭州湾的每个产业都具有强劲优势。
Zhejiang Province has always been an important manufacturing province in China. Manufacturing accounts for 97.1% and 95.3% of the total industrial output value and total profits in the province, ranking the first in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in the country. The average annual growth rate of manufacturing industry is higher than the national average 5.7 percentage points higher. Now Zhejiang has once again set a goal of “advanced” in its own advanced manufacturing industry - building an advanced manufacturing base.
