介绍了快速在线ATP(三磷酸腺苷)检测技术,该分析可在不到1min内完成,且得到的数据可直接用于杀菌剂应用方案。文中还介绍了纸厂使用不同杀菌剂的效果,并对氧化性杀菌剂和还原性杀菌剂做了对比,同时对杀菌剂的不同添加方式即连续添加和间歇添加进行了对照。连续添加杀菌剂可以使微生物活性处于稳定水平,然而,生产中长时间无煮沸清洗地连续添加杀菌剂将使抗菌作用积聚,除非改变杀菌剂应用方案,否则这种作用难以消除。间歇添加杀菌剂会在生产过程中产生杀菌剂浓度暂时过高。虽然间歇添加的方式可以使微生物活性处于一个比较低的水平,但是在两次添加之间,微生物活性可能会达到一个难以接受的水平,而且,间歇添加会比连续添加更容易在造纸湿部引起化学变化,进而影响造纸化学品的使用性能。如果监测和利用得合理,这两种添加杀菌剂的方式均可采用。快速ATP分析可为这两种添加方案提供必要的参考。
The rapid on-line ATP (adenosine triphosphate) detection technology is introduced, which can be completed in less than 1 min and the data obtained can be used directly in biocide applications. The paper also introduced the effect of different fungicides used in paper mills, compared the oxidative bactericides and the reductant bactericides, and compared the different addition modes of bactericides, that is, continuous addition and intermittent addition. Continuous addition of fungicides stabilizes microbial activity. However, the continuous addition of fungicides during prolonged periods of time without boiling in the boil will cause the build up of antibacterial effects which can not be eliminated unless the application of fungicide is changed. Intermittent addition of disinfectant in the production process will produce a concentration of bactericide temporarily too high. Although intermittent additions may result in microbial activity at a relatively low level, microbial activity may reach an unacceptable level between additions and intermittent additions may be more susceptible to wet end of papermaking than continuous addition Chemical changes, which in turn affect the performance of paper chemicals. If monitoring and utilization are reasonable, both ways of adding fungicides can be used. Fast ATP analysis provides the necessary reference for both addition schemes.
