目的:优化龙脑樟愈伤组织的诱导条件。方法:采用植物组织培养方法和气相色谱方法进行。结果:MS培养基中添加不同浓度配比的激素,愈伤组织的诱导效果不同,愈伤细胞生长状况也不一样,其中在培养基上添加2,4-D4 mg.L-1+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1愈伤组织的诱导率最高,细胞生长旺盛。同时,发现采用嫩叶为外植体诱导出的愈伤组织中含有龙脑,而采用茎为外植体诱导出的愈伤组织中不含龙脑。结论:龙脑樟愈伤组织诱导适宜的培养基为MS+2,4-D 4 mg.L-1+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1,龙脑的生成则以嫩叶为外植体。
Objective: To optimize the inducing conditions of Callus Indica. Methods: Plant tissue culture and gas chromatography were used. Results: Different concentrations of hormones were added to MS medium, and the callus induction effect was different. The growth status of callus was also different. MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D4 mg.L-1 + 6- BA 0.2 mg.L-1 callus induced the highest rate of cell growth. At the same time, it was found that the plantlets induced by the use of young leaves were cultivated in the callus containing borneol, and the callus induced by the stem explants contained no borneol. Conclusion: The suitable culture medium for the induction of Callus of Campylobacter was MS + 2,4-D 4 mg.L-1 + 6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1, .
