使用XSJ-38/6型流量积算仪时,在注水的配注量较低的情况下,信号输入幅度小而使计量精度受到影响。分析知,造成这种现象的原因之一是由于该仪表的控制线路中的电阻(R0)的存在,它可将原信号衰减为67%,导致前级放大性能变差;原因之二是控制线路中的电容(C2)容量小,这样使放大器的通频带受到限制。为此对原控制线路进行改造,首先减小线路电阻去掉R0,其次增大线路电容,将C2的容量由0.047μF改为4.7μF,三为提高放大器的放大能力,在线路中增加了R44的旁通电容Ce。
When using the XSJ-38/6 flow totalizer, when the amount of injected water is low, the signal input amplitude is small and the measurement accuracy is affected.
