目的探讨咖啡酸片在促进急性髓系白血病化疗后造血恢复时的用药时机。方法将诱导缓解后首次强化治疗阶段的72例急性髓系白血病(AML)患者随机分成三组,观察组1于化疗开始前1d开始口服咖啡酸片(300mg/次,3次/d),观察组2于化疗后白细胞<4×109/L时开始口服咖啡酸片(300mg次,3次/d),观察组1、观察组2和对照组均在白细胞<4×109/L时皮下注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF),300μg/d。结果观察组1第14d、第21d患者白细胞、血小板计数显著高于观察组2和对照组,观察组1人均G-CSF用量和血小板输注量显著低于观察组2和对照组。结论咖啡酸片在促进AML患者化疗后造血恢复时于化疗前1d开始用药效果更好。
Objective To explore the timing of the use of caffeic acid tablets in promoting hematopoietic recovery after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia. Methods A total of 72 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who underwent intensive chemotherapy for the first time after induction of remission were randomly divided into three groups. The observation group 1 (300mg / time, 3 times / d) Group 2 started oral administration of caffeic acid tablets (300mg times a day, 3 times / d) after leukocyte chemotaxis <4 × 109 / L, observation group 1, observation group 2 and control group were subcutaneously injected with leukocytes <4 × 109 / L Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), 300 μg / d. Results In the observation group 1, the leukocyte and platelet counts in the 14th and 21st days were significantly higher than those in the observation group 2 and the control group. The G-CSF dosage and the platelet transfusion volume in the observation group 1 were significantly lower than those in the observation group 2 and the control group. Conclusions Caffeic acid tablets can improve the hematopoietic recovery after chemotherapy in patients with AML.
