黄萃女,汉族,中共党员,本科学历,毕业于新疆石河子医学院医疗系,曾在北京302医院全军传染病中心学习深造,现任武警新疆总队医院感染科主任、副主任医师,武警部队传染病专业委员会委员,自治区传染病专业委员会委员,自治区医疗事故鉴定专家库成员,曾被自治区评为防“非典”优秀共产党员,被武警部队评为防“非典”先进个人。
