一机械加工零件的表面質量由於近代机器的运動速度不断地提高,因此对於机械零件的耐久性要求也隨之增高;但是这种耐久性是和其表面質量有着極大關係的。所謂‘表面質量’包含着兩种意义:(1)在幾何学观點方面的——指零件的幾何形狀、尺寸偏差、表面光潔度(零件的表面微观幾何形)等。(2)在物理观點方面的——零件表面层的物理的、物理化学的、和机械方面的特性(金屬表面层的顯微結構、硬度、冷硬、生銹、腐蝕、斑點等)。因此‘表面質量’和‘表面光潔度’这二个術語不能混为一談;‘表面質量’所包含的意义要廣泛得多。所謂表面层的物理性質卽为零件表面层金屬性
The surface quality of a machined part Due to the increasing speed of modern machines, the durability requirements for mechanical parts also increase; however, this endurance is very much related to the surface quality. The so-called ’surface quality’ has two meanings: (1) in terms of geometry - refers to the part geometry, size deviation, surface finish (parts of the surface micro-geometry) and so on. (2) In the physical point of view - physical, physicochemical, and mechanical properties of the surface layer of the part (microstructure, hardness, chilling, rusting, corrosion, speckles, etc.) of the metal surface layer. Therefore, the terms ’surface quality’ and ’surface finish’ can not be confused; ’surface quality’ has much broader implications. The so-called surface layer of the physical properties of the surface layer of metal parts
