设计了一种在发光二极管(LED)光源照明下,基于4f信息处理系统的光栅光调制器的投影物镜。对经光栅光调制器的衍射光进行滤波处理,实现对调制后像的投影放大显示。设计结果表明:该物镜总长70.71 mm,最大口径12.40 mm;整体像差控制在理想范围之内,可以满足成像要求。根据设计结果搭建实验系统,实验结果与理论分析一致,说明了设计的可行性。
A projection objective lens based on a 4f information processing system grating light modulator is designed under the illumination of light emitting diode (LED) light source. The diffracted light of the grating light modulator is filtered to realize the magnified projection of the modulated image. The design results show that the objective lens has a total length of 70.71 mm and a maximum diameter of 12.40 mm. The overall aberration control is within the ideal range to meet the imaging requirements. According to the design results, the experimental system is set up. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, which shows the feasibility of the design.
