自1979年原欧共体对我出口糖精发起首例反倾销调查以来,国外对我反倾销起诉愈演愈烈。我国现已成为反倾销的最大的受害国和首选指控对象,反倾销已是我外贸出口的头号拦路虎。除企业积极应诉减少损失,国家早日成为世贸组织成员创造良好的外部环境外,实施产品差异化战略,提高产品的非价格竞争力是从根本上解决问题的途径之一。
Since 1979, when the former European Community initiated the first anti-dumping investigation on the export of saccharin, the anti-dumping prosecutions against me abroad have become increasingly fierce. China has now become the biggest victim of anti-dumping and the first choice of allegations. Anti-dumping has become the number one stumbling block in our foreign trade exports. In addition to the positive response to corporate losses to reduce the country as an early WTO member to create a good external environment, the implementation of product differentiation strategy to improve the product’s non-price competitiveness is one of the fundamental ways to solve the problem.
