日本东芝公司在推出彩电CTS—130型遥控系统之后,又推出了该系统的改进型CTS—130A型遥控系统。两系统功能相同,结构相近,各有特点,应用很广泛。两系统各由5只集成电路组成,其中部分集成电路型号相同,仅仅是型号后缀不同,但不能互相代换,选用时容易混淆,给维修造成困难,需要特别注意。中央处理器:东芝CTS—130系统使用的是TMP47C433AN—3842(或3844);还有一种是LK—5103,这是香港陆氏集团的集成电路型号,其结构、功能与TMP47C433AN—3844完全相同,可直接代换。东芝CTS—130A系统使用的是TMP47C433AN—3848(3849)。两系统所使用的中央处理器功能相同,只有部分输出口的逻辑正、负不同,数据端与键扫描输入端的连接也略有不同。它们不能直接互换使用。 2.存储器:130系统使用的是双列16个脚、容量
