目的了解口腔鳞癌癌务组织血管的变化及其生物学意义。方法以34例口腔鳞癌瘤旁组织为标本,通过抗第八因子相关抗原免疫组化染色标记血管,作血管的形态定量分析。结果肿瘤结缔组织中血管密度显著高于癌旁组织及正常组织中血管密度,且与肿瘤细胞分化程度相关;紧邻癌旁的组织与远处及正常组织相比也有血管密度的明显增加,证明肿瘤的血管生成作用仅在短距离区域内有效。结论癌旁组织的血管形态学研究对于肿瘤生物学行为的认识、治疗的选择及预后的判断均有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of vascular tissue in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its biological significance. Methods Twenty-four specimens of oral squamous cell carcinoma were taken as specimens, and the blood vessels were labeled by immunohistochemical staining for anti-eighth factor related antigen. The morphology of blood vessels was quantitatively analyzed. Results The density of connective tissue in the tumor was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissue and the normal tissue, which was related to the degree of tumor differentiation. The tumor adjacent to the paracancerous tissue also had a significant increase in the density of blood vessels compared with the distant and normal tissues. The angiogenic effect is only effective in the short range. Conclusion The study of the morphology of cancer-adjacent tissues has important significance for the understanding of tumor biological behavior, the choice of treatment and the prognosis.
