职校生,用心规划未来

职业生涯,即事业生涯,是指一个人一生连续从事和负担的职业、职务、职位的过程。职业生涯设计是根据本人自身的兴趣、特点,将自己定位在一个最能发挥自己长处的位置,可以最大限度地实现自我价值。对于即将走进职业生涯的职校生来讲,职业生涯设计的重要性是不言而喻的。职业生涯设计可以帮助广大职校生更好地实现自己的职业理想和人生目标。作为职业指导的一项重要内容,职业生涯设计也因此受到越来越多职校的重视。  那么,职校生该如何进行职业生涯设计?在由教育部职业教育与成人教育司主办的全国中等职业学校“文明风采”竞赛活动中,来自20多个省市的近1500名中职学生参加了其中的“职业生涯规划”设计比赛。不少参赛作品特别是其中的获奖作品,反映出这些职校生热爱所学专业、自我分析客观、职业目标切合实际、措施具体等特点,同时也存在一些不足。特从全国中等职业学校“职业生涯规划”设计比赛获奖作品中选取几份设计作为案例,同时约请有关职业指导专家加以点评,希望能够对广大职校学生进行职业生涯设计有所帮助。 Career, that is, career, refers to a person’s life and work continuously engaged in and burden of occupation, job, position process. The importance of career design is self-evident for vocational school students who are about to enter their careers. Career design can help the majority of vocational school students to better achieve their career goals and goals. As an important part of career guidance, career design is therefore valued by more and more vocational schools. So how should vocational school students design their careers? Nearly 1,500 vocational students from more than 20 provinces and municipalities participated in the “Civilization” Contest organized by the Vocational Education and Adult Education Department of the Ministry of Education One of the “career planning” design competition. Many of the entries, especially the winning entries, reflect the characteristics of these vocational school students who love to study majors, objectively analyze themselves, make their career goals realistic, and measure specific. There are also some shortcomings. From the National Secondary Vocational School “career planning” design competition winning a few selected from the design as a case, at the same time invite the relevant career guidance experts to comment, hoping to help vocational career students in vocational schools design.
