Moderator language Beginning in 2007 1, “Lanzhou University Journal” (Social Science Edition) has published three groups of eight government performance evaluation of the topic of research papers. These essays deal with three aspects: the practical model and the regulatory issues of the Chinese government performance appraisal, the index system, the model and method of the government performance appraisal, the EU common performance appraisal framework and its application. Whether it is the understanding and theoretical analysis of Chinese government performance evaluation, or the model and method of government performance evaluation, as well as the reference and application of foreign evaluation mode and method, all of them are better than those of the National Government Performance Management Research
