目的 制备冻干麻疹－风疹二联活疫苗，以利于 ＣＶＩ工作的开展。方法 用麻疹沪１９１疫苗株和 风疹ＢＢＤⅡ疫苗株，中量配制冻干麻疹－风疹二联活疫苗，进行全面检定及稳定性试验。结果 两种抗原经自检及 国家检定均达到单价活疫苗的质量要求，在３７℃、２２℃和４～８℃放置不同时间稳定性良好。结论 本研究结果与 国内外报道一致。
Objective To prepare freeze-dried measles-rubella joint live vaccine to facilitate the development of CVI. Methods Measles Shanghai 191 vaccine strain and rubella BBD Ⅱ vaccine strain, in the amount of preparation of freeze-dried measles - rubella joint live vaccine, a comprehensive test and stability test. Results Both antigens were tested by the self-test and the national test to meet the quality requirements of the unit price live vaccine. The stability was good at 37 ℃, 22 ℃ and 4 ~ 8 ℃ for different time. Conclusion The results of this study are consistent with the reports at home and abroad.
