低温电解渗硫(简称渗硫)是一种新型的润化处理法,它是在零件表面形成润滑膜,改善零件摩擦条件。它与渗碳、碳氮共渗、氮化、软氮化以及淬火等强化处理相结合,可使零件或刀具的耐磨性、抗咬合性提高几倍乃至几十倍。本文论述了渗硫原理及渗层组织,对渗硫层用于刀具的可行性进行了分析,并着重介绍了渗硫设备、工艺参数、渗硫操作中的几个重要技术关键以及大量生产实例。
Low temperature electrolytic sulfurization (referred to as infiltration sulfur) is a new type of lubrication treatment method, which is formed on the surface of the lubricant film to improve parts friction conditions. It and carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitriding and quenching, such as strengthening the combination of processing, parts or tool wear resistance, anti seizure increased several times or even several times. This paper discusses the principle of infiltration of sulfur and the structure of the infiltrated layer, analyzes the feasibility of using the infiltrated layer for the tool, and emphatically introduces some important technical keys and large production examples .
