第三世界国家中儿童的龋齿发生率首次比发达国家高。世界卫生组织提供的数字表明:1982年第三世界国家12岁儿童龋齿平均数,以龋、失、补(DMF)指数作判定指标为4.1,而发达国家为3.3。20年前,大多数发展中国家<1,发达国家高大10。本文综述了当前龋齿发展趋势及其可能的原因,以及预防和治疗的措施。
For the first time, the incidence of dental caries in children in third world countries is higher than in developed countries. The figures provided by the World Health Organization show that the average number of dental caries in 12-year-old children in third world countries in 1982 was 4.1 based on the DMF index and that in developed countries was 3.3. Mostly 20 years ago China <1, developed countries tall 10. This article summarizes the current trends of dental caries and its possible causes, as well as the prevention and treatment measures.
