无性系选择是一种生产活动,它的任务是为造林迅速提供大量低成本的改良苗木,而不是育种,它能达到最高的遗传增益。杉木幼苗极易无性繁殖,因此,由种源选择、个体(混合)选择和家系选择过渡到无性系选择是必然的发展。建立采穗圃的枝术已经解决了,杉木无性系选择已经到了可以在造林中广泛使用的阶段。杉木无性系选择可分两步进行。第一步把采穗圃看做种子园,直接用优良家系或优良种源实生苗营建采穗圃,用扦插苗造林。第二步是结合造林进行无性系测验和选择,使增益不断提高。本文所建议的方案比重建种子园式每年进行控制授粉以生产优良家系种子的方法要省时间、土地和经费,手续更简单,并能保证后代具有更高的增产效果,能迅速使我国杉木造林用苗良种化。
Clonal selection is a production activity whose mission is to rapidly provide large numbers of low-cost improved seedlings for afforestation, rather than breeding, which achieves the highest genetic gain. Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings are easily asexual reproduction, therefore, the choice of provenances, individual (mixed) selection and family selection transition to clonal selection is an inevitable development. The establishment of the sprouts has been resolved, and the clonal selection of Chinese fir has reached a stage where it can be widely used in afforestation. Cunninghamia lanceolata selection can be carried out in two steps. The first step is to take the spike garden as a seed orchard, directly with good family or provenance seedlings built sprout garden, cuttings afforestation. The second step is to combine the afforestation for clonal testing and selection, so that increasing the gain. The proposed scheme saves time, land and funds, simplifies the procedures and ensures higher yield-increasing effects of the offspring than the method of re-establishing the seed garden every year for controlling pollination to produce excellent family seeds.
