目的了解淮安市三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状。方法采用浸渍法测定两种蚊虫对9种杀虫剂的抗药性。结果淮安市三带喙库蚊幼虫仅对胺菊酯产生低度抗性,白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏、双硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威、仲丁威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、吡虫啉的抗性倍数分别为8.18、3.40、3.56、2.02、5.15、1.00、1.60、2.28、2.84。结论在蚊虫防治工作中要注重综合治理措施,加强抗药性监测,控制抗药性发展。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Aedes albopictus to common insecticides in Huaian. Methods The resistance of two mosquitoes to 9 insecticides was determined by dipping method. Results The larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Huaian were only resistant to tetramethrin. The larvae of Aedes albopictus were sensitive to dichlorvos, diphtheria, acephate, propoxur, minocycline, deltamethrin Cypermethrin, tetramethrin, imidacloprid resistance fold were 8.18,3.40,3.56,2.02,5.15,1.00,1.60,2.28,2.84. Conclusion In the work of mosquito control, attention should be paid to comprehensive management measures to strengthen drug resistance monitoring and control the development of drug resistance.
