金融业的安全与稳定，不仅关系到各个金融机构的盈利，更关系到国民经济的发展与稳定，但是目前中国金融业的监管体系尚存在一些问题。本文结合我国金融规制的现状，详细分析了金融监管中存在的问题，并相应的提出对策，旨在保障金融业有序发展。
