作为集团公司和物探局实施整体带资分流改制的试点单位,装备制造总厂于2002年1月分别将原机械厂、特车厂、仪器厂改制成为保定宏业石油物探机械制造有限公司、保定北奥石油物探特种车辆有限公司和河北俊峰物探装备有限公司。改制后装备制造总厂录于局物资装备事业部,暂对内为装备制造中心,代表物探局行使25%的股权管理。目前中心有16人,管理着三个新公司党、工、团组织。下设三个基层党委和两个直属党支部,共31个党支部341名党员。
