近年来,高强度预应力混凝土桩被推广应用于房屋建筑地基处理中,早期管桩施工常采用锤击法,但锤击桩的施工噪声大,拌有浓烈的烟雾和油污等缺点,尤其在市区中心和居民区内的施工中,影响居民正常的生产和生活。以液压法压入式施工桩工艺替代锤击,既大大减少了噪声,对环境的污染也很小,所以被广泛的应用。本文就介绍预应力管桩静压法施工的管理、控制要点、常见问题及解决办法、桩的质量控制措施。
