通过整理国内外旅游服务质量评价的相关文献,发现研究内容主要聚焦于旅游服务质量评价模型、旅游服务质量游客满意度、旅游服务质量评价方法和旅游服务质量评价指标四个方面。针对研究现状,本文提出未来可能的研究方向,以期为相关领域研究提供参考。
By sorting out relevant literature on the evaluation of tourism service quality both at home and abroad, it is found that the content of the research mainly focuses on four aspects: the evaluation model of tourism service quality, the tourist satisfaction of tourism service quality, the evaluation method of tourism service quality and the evaluation index of tourism service quality. In view of the status quo of research, this paper proposes the possible research directions in the future in order to provide reference for the research in related fields.
