高校旅游管理专业作为应用型学科,其教材出版方面存在一些问题,“出版社+校企合作”出版模式是旅游管理类教材建设的可实行路径:出版社担当校企合作的桥梁,探讨教材现存问题,召开编委会,确定编写要求;校企合作的教材基于学科的内容取向,紧贴企业实际,对接职业标准;教材的出版和发行应发挥出版社、高校和企业的各自资源优势。
