对277名井下煤矿工进行体检和听力测试。听力测试结果采用累积比数(cumulati-ve odds)模型进行综合分析。结果表明,矿工的听力阈值明显高于对照组;不同工种的矿工听力阈值升高水平也不同,放炮工和采掘工的相对危险度分别是对照组的11.1倍和2.4倍。采掘工听力阈值随暴露时间的延长而逐渐增高;放炮工听力阈值与暴露时间无关。
277 underground coal miners for physical examination and hearing tests. Hearing test results were analyzed by cumulati-ve odds model. The results showed that the hearing threshold of miners was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hearing workers of miners with different types of workers also had different levels of hearing threshold. The relative risks of gunners and diggers were 11.1 times and 2.4 times respectively. Excavator hearing threshold gradually increased with the extension of exposure time; hearing workers hearing threshold has nothing to do with the exposure time.
