今年是全国职业院校技能大赛三年规划的第一个执行年,相比以往,今年的大赛更加突出总体设计、紧贴产业实际、更加追求开放性、管理更加规范有序。2013年全国职业院校烹饪技能大赛(中职组)在扬州举行,酒店服务(中职组)技能大赛在广州碧桂园凤凰城酒店开赛。来自全国36个省/区、直辖市、计划单列市的36支代表队共计近600名选手参赛。全国职业院校技能大赛是目前我国中职学校层次
This year marks the first year of implementation of the three-year plan for the vocational skills competitions in the country. Compared with the past, this year’s competition will give more prominence to the overall design, keep abreast of industry practices, pursue more openness, and manage more orderly and more orderly.
