目的:探讨两种抗真菌药物敏感性检测方法(MIC法和KB法)检测伏立康唑对真菌的敏感性差异。方法:分别用ATB FUNGUS 3试剂(即MIC法)和丹麦Rosco伏立康唑药敏纸片扩散(KB)法检测84株临床分离的致病性念珠菌的体外药敏试验结果,并进行比较。结果:MIC法检测的84株念珠菌伏立康唑敏感率为56%,KB法为65.5%,两者存在差异(χ2=37.4,P<0.01)。结论:MIC法准确性高于KB法,临床微生物学实验室应尽量采用MIC法以减少极重要误差。
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of two antifungal drugs (MIC method and KB method) to detect voriconazole sensitivity to fungi. Methods: The drug susceptibility test results of 84 clinical isolates of pathogenic Candida were tested by ATB FUNGUS 3 reagent (ie MIC method) and Danish Rosco voriconazole drug susceptibility disk diffusion (KB) method, respectively. RESULTS: The sensitivity of voriconazole to 84 Candida strains detected by MIC method was 56% and KB method was 65.5%, respectively (χ2 = 37.4, P <0.01). Conclusion: The accuracy of MIC method is higher than that of KB method. Clinical Microbiology Laboratory should use MIC method as much as possible to reduce the most important error.
