对智障儿童的关注一直是少儿电视节目中的一个缺憾。本期“电视艺术理论与美学”中倪娜的《少儿电视节目制作应体现“全纳教育”思想》一文,提出了“全纳教育”的思想,即在少儿电视节目制作中,应把特殊儿童与正常儿童同等对待,消除歧视,打破隔阂,关注儿童的多样性和需求的差异性。文章提出的问题对少儿电视节目的制作具有一定的针对性,对促进社会的文明进步,弘扬民主的价值取向具有积极意义。
