介绍随着我国R&D投入和产出规模的不断扩大,加快知识共享意义重大。考虑到公共科技中介服务机构在知识共享与知识创新中的作用,对传统的三螺旋模型进行拓展,构建“政府—企业—大学科研院所—公共科技中介机构”的知识共享四螺旋结构模型,并提出四螺旋结构互动的相关对策。
Introduction As China’s R & D investment and the continuous expansion of output scale, to accelerate knowledge sharing is of great significance. Taking into account the role of public science and technology intermediary service agencies in knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, the traditional triple helix model is expanded to build a knowledge sharing four-helix structure of “government-enterprises-university research institutes-public science and technology intermediaries” Model, and proposed four-helix structure interaction related countermeasures.
