2005年11月23日,美国农业部食品安全检验署(FSIS)修订联邦家禽产品检验法规,将中国纳入可向美出口加工禽肉及其产品的国家名单,允许进口中国的加工禽产品(WTO通报号G/SPS/N/USA/1168)。经过一段时间的评议期,在征求和听取了各方意见和建议之后,美国农业部食品安全检验署于2006年4月24日在联邦纪事上发布最终法规,将中国列入可向美国出口禽类产品名单,并于2006年5月24日生效(G/SPS/N/USA/1168/add.1)。
On November 23, 2005, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety Inspection Agency (FSIS) amended the Federal Poultry Products Inspection Regulations to include China in the list of countries that can export poultry meat and its products to the United States and allow the import of processed poultry products from China (WTO G / SPS / N / USA / 1168). After a period of comment, after consultation and solicitation of opinions and suggestions from all parties, the Food and Environmental Inspectorate of the USDA issued the final rule on the Federal Register on April 24, 2006, listing China as a poultry exporter to the United States Product List, which entered into force on May 24, 2006 (G / SPS / N / USA / 1168 / add.1).
