Nowadays, when co-production of movies becomes a part of economic globalization, the coexistence and interaction of heterogeneous cultural elements have gradually become a major issue in image reproduction. The earlier co-productions in the 1980s were devoted to disguising or even eliminating the existence of heterogeneity. Although the handling of heterogeneity in co-productions after the 1990s was still ambiguous, two main phenomena emerged: The effective use of regional characteristics and the emergence of a new perceived configuration effect in the experiment. Among them, the voice and the appearance are the most significant heterogeneous cultural elements, which make the perception of the image have changed.
