基于去年用云—10号发酵液防治小麦锈病试验情况,今年用云—10号菌株的化学提取粗制品作了对小麦锈病的初治效果试验,以便与使用相同绝对浓度的放线酮作比较。提取方法:经葡萄糖、大豆粉培养基摇床培养四天的云—10号菌发酵液——离心——滤液用硫酸调 PH 到2~3——加活性炭与硅藻土搅拌——过滤或去水——此活性炭用8%内酮洗涤——把洗液浓缩——得糖浆状粗提物。用已知含量的放线酮作比较,测得此粗制品的含量为4%。田间试验分别在建水、曲江和石屏三地进行。现分别把各地点试验结果列表说明。
Based on the experiment of using the Yun-10 fermentation broth to control wheat rust last year, the initial test of wheat rust effect was conducted by chemical extraction of the Yun-10 strain this year so as to be compared with the actinomycete with the same absolute concentration . Extraction method: Dextran-10 fermentation broth with glucose and soybean powder shaker for four days - Centrifuge - filtrate with sulfuric acid to adjust the pH to 2 ~ 3 - add activated carbon and diatomaceous earth Stir - filter or Water Removal - The activated carbon is washed with 8% endone - the washings are concentrated - to give a syrupy crude extract. Using known levels of actinomycetes for comparison, the content of this crude product was found to be 4%. Field trials were conducted in Jianshui, Qujiang and Shek Ping respectively. Now the test results at various locations list.
