[目的]了解郴州市高等学校在校大学生营养知识、态度现状,分析其产生的原因和影响因素,为进一步开展营养知识教育提供参考依据。[方法]2010年4月,对湘南学院558名1~3年级学生进行调查。[结果]调查558名大学生,营养知识总知晓率为57.17%。营养知识总知晓率,文史类、理工类、医学类学生分别为50.06%、50.77%、59.17%(P<0.05);一年级、其他年级学生分别为51.12%、56.66%(P<0.05)。调查对象52.5%愿意参加一定的活动来增加自己的营养知识,33.7%希望通过媒体宣传和知识讲座获得更多的营养相关知识。[结论]大学生营养知识水平不高。应结合不同学生的特点,通过媒体宣传和知识讲座进行营养知识的宣传教育。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of nutritional knowledge and attitudes of undergraduates in colleges and universities in Chenzhou, analyze the causes and influencing factors, and provide references for further education of nutritional knowledge. [Method] In April 2010, 558 students from Grade 1 to Grade 3 in Shonan College were investigated. [Results] Investigation of 558 college students, the total awareness of nutritional knowledge was 57.17%. The total awareness rate of nutrition knowledge, literature and history, science and engineering, and medical students were 50.06%, 50.77% and 59.17% respectively (P <0.05). The students in the first grade and the other grades were 51.12% and 56.66% respectively (P <0.05). 52.5% of respondents are willing to participate in certain activities to increase their knowledge of nutrition, and 33.7% want to obtain more nutrition-related knowledge through media campaigns and knowledge lectures. [Conclusion] The nutritional level of college students is not high. Should be combined with the characteristics of different students, through media and knowledge lectures knowledge of nutrition education.
