危机(Crisis)这个词语在中文中常用于负面语境,但其在英文中还有一层意思是“变好或变坏的转折点”。所以,面对危机的处理方式,将带来截然不同的结果,生存还是死亡,仅在一念之间。随着媒体的蓬勃发展,微博、微信等自媒体的崛起,企业的任何一点问题,甚至是瑕疵都可能带来不可预料的后果,被媒体无限放大。正所谓千里之堤毁于蚁穴,面对任何一起危机,企业都不能掉以轻心。
