磁性金属角膜异物(铁屑)临床上非常多见,单发者,较易剔除,对角膜损伤亦小。多发性角膜异物,由于其对角膜损伤面积较大,剔除时甚为困难。近年来我们应用冶金部钢铁研究总院生产的G-Y型恒磁吸引器,在手术显微镜或裂隙灯下吸取这类金属异物,取得满意效果,现介绍如下。方法:局部常规消毒,滴3次0.5%地卡因做表面麻醉,置入开睑器,充分暴露角膜,将手术显微镜或裂隙灯调至最清晰位置,仔细观察异物集中的方位,将恒磁铁(钢笔式圆头者为好)置于角膜表面异物处,
Magnetic metal corneal foreign body (iron filings) clinically very common, solitary, easier to remove, the corneal damage is also small.
