目的和方法:研究重组人白细胞介素- 13(rhIL- 13) 对Dami 细胞的作用,在血浆凝块培养基中分别加入rhIL- 13 50 ng/ mL、100 ng/ mL、150 ng/ mL,计数Dami 细胞的集落数,在液体培养基中同样加入rhIL- 13 50 ng/ mL、100ng/ mL、150 ng/m L,检测掺入到Dami 细胞DNA 中的5 - 溴- 2 - 脱氧尿嘧啶(5 - BrdU) 。结果:血浆凝块培养基中加入rhIL- 13 能使Dami 细胞扩增,50 ng/ mL、100 ng/m L、150ng/mLrhIL- 13 实验组Dami 细胞集落数分别是对照组的1 .42倍、1 .85 倍、2 .31 倍。5 - BrdU 掺入实验结果表明,rhIL- 13 50 ng/mL、100 ng/ mL、150 ng/mL 实验组的吸光度分别比对照组增加了47 .06 % 、88 .24 % 、114 .71 % 。结论:rhIL- 13 促进了Dami 细胞的增殖。
Objective: To study the effect of recombinant human interleukin-13 (rhIL-13) on Dami cells.
