针对空心叶片类铸件薄壁在定向凝固过程中横向收缩受阻的特点,采用薄板工字型试样,进行了定向凝固Al-Cu合金和Rene125合金的热裂倾向试验研究,并用凝固分析的方法对定向凝固叶片类铸件热裂规律性进行了讨论。
Aiming at the characteristics that the thin-walled hollow castings of the hollow blade castings are blocked in the transverse direction during the directional solidification process, the hot cracking tendency of the Al-Cu alloy and the Rene125 alloy was investigated by thin-plate test. The thermal cracking regularity of directional solidification blade casting is discussed.
