大庆油田致密油总资源量丰富,主要分布在长垣外围。由于直井产量低、效益差,这些资源通过常规技术手段无法得到有效动用。在垣平1井、葡平1、葡平2井、齐平2井大规模体积压裂试验成功的基础上,开辟龙26、垣平1、齐平2等3个致密油开发试验区,开展致密砂岩油藏水平井组开发现场试验。同时,采用“工厂化”施工模式,探索降低投资成本的有效途径。大庆油田水平井多采用套管固井,根据超长水平多段多簇大规模体积压裂现场施工需要,设计采用多级可钻桥塞分段压裂工艺。目前,3个试验区已完成水平井压裂18口井,初期平均单井日产油21.2t/d,是常规压裂井的7.9倍;采用“工厂化”压裂作业模式,试验区平均单井有效施工周期降至4.4d,日压裂段数提高到3.6段,提高9.1%,平均单井施工成本降低26.9%。

At present, 18 wells have been fractured in horizontal wells in the three pilot zones. The initial average single well daily oil production is 21.2 t / d, which is 7.9 times higher than that of conventional fracturing wells.
