[目的]分析成都市医院输血治疗病案及临床医生、护士输血相关知识掌握现状,探讨进一步加强管理的措施。[方法]随机在43家医院中抽取输血治疗病案358份并对临床医护人员进行输血相关知识进行访谈,临床专家分析病案后运用χ2检验分析结果。[结果]医护人员对输血知识和输血相关知识掌握不够;病案存在非合理用血、记录缺失、填写不完整、时间顺序冲突等缺陷,三级医院和二级医院在个别项目上存在差异,内外科在病案规范填写上存在差异。[结论]医护人员输血知识和输血技能掌握有待提高,输血风险意识有待加强;个别医院应增加对病案管理的重视程度。
[Objective] To analyze the case of blood transfusion in Chengdu hospital and the knowledge of blood transfusion from clinicians and nurses, and discuss the measures to further strengthen the management. [Method] 358 medical records were randomly collected from 43 hospitals and interviews were conducted with clinical doctors and nurses. Blood samples were collected by clinical experts and analyzed by χ2 test. [Results] The doctors and nurses had not enough knowledge of blood transfusion and blood transfusion; the medical records had some defects such as unreasonable use of blood, lack of records, incomplete filling and conflict of time sequence. There were differences in individual projects between tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals. There are differences in the specification of medical records. [Conclusion] The mastership of blood transfusion knowledge and blood transfusion need to be improved in medical staff and the awareness of blood transfusion risk need to be strengthened. Individual hospitals should pay more attention to medical record management.
