目的 观察大鼠 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)能轴突末梢与三叉神经运动核腹侧区 (AVM )和上橄榄核背侧区(ADO)内三叉 丘脑投射神经元之间的联系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学和束路追踪技术。将四甲基罗达明结合的葡聚糖胺 (TMR DA)或麦芽凝集素结合的辣根过氧化物酶 (WGA HRP)注入大鼠单侧丘脑腹后内侧区 (VPM )并对脑切片进行 5 HT免疫组织化学染色。 结果 AVM和ADO中有 5 HT能纤维和末梢及许多逆行标记细胞 ,电镜观察发现 5 HT能轴突末梢与WGA HRP标记神经元之间形成轴 体、轴 树突触联系。这些突触属对称或非对称型 ,但以对称型为主。结论 本研究提示 ,5 HT在三叉神经本体觉中枢通路的三级神经元处对三叉神经本体觉信息可能发挥调控作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association of 5 HT serotonergic terminals with neurons in the trigeminothalamic neurons in the medullary motor trigeminal zone (AVM) and superior olivary nucleus dorsal root zone (ADO). Methods Immunohistochemistry and tracing techniques were used. Tetramethylrhodamine bound dextran amine (TMR DA) or maltogenic agglutinin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (WGA HRP) were injected into the ventromedial hypothalamus (VPM) of the unilateral thalamus and the brain slices were subjected to 5 HT immunohistochemical staining. Results There were 5 HT fibers and terminals in AVM and ADO and many retrogradely labeled cells. Axonal and axonal contact was found between 5 HT axon terminals and WGA HRP labeled neurons by electron microscopy. These synapses are symmetrical or asymmetric, but dominated by symmetry. Conclusions This study suggests that 5 HT may play an important role in the regulation of trigeminal proprioceptive information at tertiary neurons in the central trigeminal tract of trigeminal nerve.
