目的:统计分析病区及手术室注射用麻醉药品处方书写的规范性,提高处方书写质量,加强麻醉药品的精细化管理。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院病区及手术室2014年6~8月17 103张注射用麻醉药品处方的书写规范性进行统计和分析。结果:注射用麻醉药品处方书写不规范的比例为9.05%,其中书写不规范类型均为正文项目缺失;而存在使用剩余量、需要标注的处方占总不规范处方数的4.01%。结论:加强麻醉药品管理并统一麻醉药品处方,或条件允许下实施电子处方可达到提高麻醉药品处方质量的效果,进而达到实施精细化管理的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To statistically analyze the normative nature of prescription writing of narcotic drugs for injection in ward and operating room, improve the quality of prescription writing and strengthen the fine management of narcotic drugs. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to analyze and write the normative writing prescriptions of 17 103 narcotic drugs for injection from June to August in 2014 in our ward and operating room. Results: The percentage of nonstandard prescriptions for narcotic drugs for injection was 9.05%, of which the nonstandard types of writing were all missing items in the text. However, there was a surplus of 4.01% of prescriptions required for labeling. Conclusion: Enhancing the management of narcotic drugs and unifying prescriptions for narcotic drugs or implementing electronic prescriptions under conditions permitting to improve the quality of prescriptions for narcotic drugs can achieve the purpose of implementing refined management.
