勘察设计企业的无形资产价值远远大于公司的账面价值,而企业的无形资产价值主要来源于知识资产。因此,掌握知识资产的技术团队无疑成为企业核心竞争力的宝贵资源,如何吸引和激励知识性人才是广大勘察设计企业管理者十分关心的问题。基于此,分析勘察设计知识性人才的特点、流失的原因和激励现状,并从企业改制、薪酬管理、团队建设等多角度对勘察设计知识性人才的激励方法做出初步探索和分析。
The value of intangible assets of survey and design enterprises is far greater than the book value of the company, while the value of intangible assets of enterprises mainly comes from knowledge assets. Therefore, the technical team with knowledge assets will undoubtedly become a valuable resource for the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to attract and motivate knowledgeable personnel is a matter of great concern to the general survey and design enterprise managers. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledgeable personnel in prospecting and designing, reasons for their loss and motivation status, and makes preliminary exploration and analysis of the incentive methods of survey and design of knowledgeable talents from the aspects of enterprise restructuring, compensation management and team building.
