《管理学基础》作为高职管理类专业的基础课程之一,其内容丰富、涵盖面广、理论性较强。如何能更生动,更具实践性地开展此类课程的教学,一直是高职院校教学实践中的难点问题。而“游戏化”思维正好可以解决这一教学难题,本文将以《管理学基础》的一个单元为切入点,尝试将游戏化思维应用到理论性较强的教学中,设计一个能普遍使用的线上线下相结合的应用模式。
